La categoría Integration Platform conecta GoChat con Zapier, Make/Integromat y Pabbly. Con ellas puedes unir GoChat con apps que no tienen una integración nativa.
Las tres se autentican con una API key de GoChat. La creas en API Keys, en el menú que se abre con tu nombre arriba a la derecha. Mira también API docs.
Zapier
Conectar Zapier
- En el dashboard, ve a Integrations → Zapier y haz clic en Start Zapier Integration.
- En la página que se abre, agrega la app de GoChat a tu cuenta de Zapier. Aparece en My Apps → Custom Integrations.
- Abre la app de GoChat en Zapier, haz clic en Add connection y pega tu API key de GoChat.
- Haz clic en Yes, Continue. La conexión aparece en tus conexiones de Zapier.
Usar Zapier en un flow
Agrega un paso Action, elige Integrations y después Zapier, y escribe el nombre del evento que usas en tu zap. Tiene que coincidir exactamente para que la conexión funcione.
Make
- En el dashboard, ve a Integrations → Make/Integromat y haz clic en Start Make Integration.
- En la página que se abre, con tu cuenta de Make iniciada, se agrega la app de GoChat.
- En Make, crea un escenario y busca la app de GoChat. Tienes sus triggers y sus acciones.
- Cuando el escenario pida la conexión, pega tu API key de GoChat y haz clic en Continue.
Desde ahí armas toda la automatización en Make.
Pabbly
- En el dashboard, ve a Integrations → Pabbly y abre el link.
- En la página que se abre, haz clic en Connect GoChat for free. Con tu cuenta de Pabbly iniciada, llegas al dashboard de Pabbly.
- En Pabbly Connect, crea una automatización y busca GoChat.
- Elige el trigger o la acción, haz clic en connect y pega tu API key de GoChat. Guárdalo.
