These reports show how much AI your bot uses, how fast it answers and how often it fails. To see each call one by one, use AI Usage Logs.
AI Usage
All the AI activity of the bot:
- Status: successful and failed AI calls, with the share of each.
- Requests by Provider: requests per AI provider.
- Average Process Time by Provider (ms): how fast each provider answers.
- Total Tokens, Average Prompt Tokens per Request and Average Completion Tokens per Request: the tokens you use, compared to the previous period.
- Average Process Time (ms): the average time of a request.
- Process Time Breakdown: the share of requests in each time range, from under 1 second to over 10 seconds.
AI Agents and AI Tasks
The same charts as AI Usage, but only for the calls of your AI Agents or your AI Tasks. Use the dropdown at the top to see a single agent or task.
AI Prompts
The use of the AI Prompts that agents run from Live Chat. You can filter by Agents or Agent Groups and see requests by status (success or error), requests by provider, average process time by provider and the average prompt and completion tokens per request. The report is in beta.
