With the Google Sheet integration your flows can add, look up and update rows in a spreadsheet. It is a simple way to keep a list of leads, orders or bookings without a database.
Connect your Google account
- In the dashboard, click Integrations in the left-hand menu and select Google Sheet under Data/File Storage.
- Click Sign In with Google, choose the account and complete the sign-in. You come back to the integration page.
- The page shows the connected accounts: “Connect to your google account to enable ‘Google Spreadsheet’ features in flow.”
If you had connected Google Sheets before, disconnect the account and sign in again to start from a clean setup.
Add the spreadsheets
Spreadsheets are added here, not inside the flow. Click Add Sheet and do one of these:
- Paste the URL or the SpreadSheet Id of the sheet and give it a name you can recognize.
- Browse your Google Sheets and select the one you want.
The sheets you add show up in the list and are available in the Flow Builder.
Use a sheet in a flow
Add an Action step, choose Integrations and then Google Sheet. The available functions are:
- Insert Row: adds a row with the values you map from fields.
- Get Row by Value: finds a row by the value of a column.
- Get Multiple Rows: returns several rows.
- Update Row: changes the values of an existing row.
Save the result in a custom field to use it later in the flow. See Fields & variables.
