Integrations connect GoChat with other tools: AI providers, spreadsheets, CRMs, calendars, payment gateways and automation platforms. You connect each account once, at the workspace level, and then use it in the flows of any bot.
Where to find them
Integrations live in the workspace dashboard, not inside a bot. Click Integrations in the left-hand menu of the dashboard and pick the service from the list.
Once an account is connected, you use it from the Flow Builder: add an Action step, choose Integrations and select the service. The actions available depend on each integration.
