Jobs is where you download the exports of bot users and follow the progress of imports.
Go to Tools in the left-hand menu of your bot and open Jobs.
Export bot users
- Go to Bot Users. If you only want some users, apply a filter first.
- Click the download icon at the top right and confirm the export.
- Go to Tools → Jobs. When the job is ready, click the download button to save the CSV file.
The confirmation may say that the file will be sent by email. Ignore it: the file is downloaded from Jobs.
Follow an import
When you import users into Bot Users, the progress and the status of the import also show up in Jobs.
What the list shows
Choose the date range (for example Last 7 days) and click Reload to update it. Each job shows its Time, Type, Note and Status.
