The Integration Platform category connects GoChat with Zapier, Make/Integromat and Pabbly. With them you can link GoChat with apps that have no native integration.
All three authenticate with a GoChat API key. You create it in API Keys, in the menu under your name at the top right. See also API docs.
Zapier
Connect Zapier
- In the dashboard, go to Integrations → Zapier and click Start Zapier Integration.
- On the page that opens, add the GoChat app to your Zapier account. It shows up in My Apps → Custom Integrations.
- Open the GoChat app in Zapier, click Add connection and paste your GoChat API key.
- Click Yes, Continue. The connection shows up in your Zapier connections.
Use Zapier in a flow
Add an Action step, choose Integrations and then Zapier, and write the event name you use in your zap. It has to match exactly for the connection to work.
Make
- In the dashboard, go to Integrations → Make/Integromat and click Start Make Integration.
- On the page that opens, with your Make account signed in, the GoChat app is added to it.
- In Make, create a scenario and search for the GoChat app. You get its triggers and actions.
- When the scenario asks for the connection, paste your GoChat API key and click Continue.
From there you build the whole automation in Make.
Pabbly
- In the dashboard, go to Integrations → Pabbly and open the link.
- On the page that opens, click Connect GoChat for free. With your Pabbly account signed in, you land on the Pabbly dashboard.
- In Pabbly Connect, create an automation and search for GoChat.
- Choose the trigger or the action, click connect and paste your GoChat API key. Save it.
