The Artificial Intelligence category connects GoChat with AI services: Dialogflow, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude AI, X AI, DeepSeek, Groq and Coze. You connect each provider with its own API key, and then you can use it in the AI Hub and in the Integrations actions of the Flow Builder.
To build agents, functions and tasks on top of these providers, see AI Hub.
Connect a provider
The steps are almost the same for every provider:
- Create an API key in the provider’s console. Copy it and keep it somewhere safe: most consoles only show it once.
- In the GoChat dashboard, click Integrations and select the provider under Artificial Intelligence.
- Paste the API key and click Save. A verified check shows that the connection works.
Where to get the key:
| Provider | Where to create the API key |
|---|---|
| OpenAI | platform.openai.com, in the API keys section |
| Claude AI | console.anthropic.com, in the keys tab |
| Google Gemini | Google AI Studio, with Create API key |
| Groq | The Groq console, in the API Keys tab. You can set an expiry or leave it with no expiry. |
| X AI | The x.AI platform. After you create the key, wait until it finishes provisioning before you use it. |
| DeepSeek | Your DeepSeek account. In GoChat the field is called API token. |
OpenAI
Besides the API Key, the OpenAI integration has two optional fields: Organization Id and Custom Base Url. The page also has the tabs Settings, Embeddings, Files, Vector Stores and Assistants. Files and vector stores are what the AI Knowledge Base uses.
In the Flow Builder, Action → Integrations → OpenAI includes the Create model response action, which can also use MCP servers.
Coze
Coze connects the bots you build in Coze. Besides the API key (from the Coze API tab of your Coze dashboard), it asks for a Default Bot ID: the number at the end of your bot’s URL in Coze, after /bot/. Publish the bot in Coze before you connect it.
Dialogflow
With Dialogflow you can answer frequent questions with intents and pass the harder ones to your team. The way to connect Dialogflow changed recently. If you need it, contact GoChat support for the current steps.
Use a provider in a flow
Add an Action step, choose Integrations and select the provider. Each one has its own actions, like generating a response from a prompt. Save the response in a custom field to use it in the next steps of the flow.
