Go to Settings → General inside the bot. Change what you need and click Save.
Owner-only settings
Some settings in this tab are marked Owner Only: only the workspace owner sees and changes them. If you don’t see them, you are not the owner.
- Bot Users Limit: the maximum number of bot users. With 0 there is no limit.
- Bot Users Auto Cleanup: removes the bot users who have not interacted in the number of days you set. With 0 nothing is removed. You can add conditions, for example to delete only users with a certain tag. Without conditions, users are removed by their last interaction.
Paused bot automation option
Defines what keeps running while the bot automation is paused for a conversation, for example while an agent is replying in Live Chat. Under When bot automation is paused, choose one:
- Messages from agent, trigger and smart delay will be sent: triggers and smart delays keep working during the pause.
- Only messages from agent will be sent: only the agent’s messages go out. Automations, triggers and smart delays stop.
Bot Start Flow
The flow the bot starts with. By default it is the Main Flow, and you can choose a sub-flow instead.
