The CRM category has three integrations: HubSpot, CRM V2 and CRM V1. CRM V2 and CRM V1 connect with GoHighLevel, through version 2.0 and version 1.0 of its API. GoChat supports both.
HubSpot
HubSpot lets your flows manage contacts, companies, deals and tickets.
Connect HubSpot
- In HubSpot, open Development, go to Keys and then Service Keys, and create a service key.
- Add the read and write scopes for every CRM object your flows use. Contact read is required to verify the connection. To use all the actions on this page, add
crm.objects.contacts.read,crm.objects.contacts.write,crm.objects.companies.read,crm.objects.companies.write,crm.objects.deals.read,crm.objects.deals.writeandtickets. - Copy the key.
- In the GoChat dashboard, go to Integrations → HubSpot, paste it in Service Key and click Save. When the connection validates, the integration is ready.
Actions
In a flow, add an Action step, choose Integrations and then HubSpot. The actions are the same for each object:
| Object | Actions |
|---|---|
| Contacts | Get Contact, Get All Contacts, Search Contacts, Create Contact, Update Contact, Create or Update Contact Using Email, Delete Contact |
| Companies | Get Company, Get All Companies, Search Companies, Create Company, Update Company, Delete Company |
| Deals | Get Deal, Get All Deals, Search Deals, Create Deal, Update Deal, Delete Deal |
| Tickets | Get Ticket, Get All Tickets, Search Tickets, Create Ticket, Update Ticket, Delete Ticket |
A few details:
- The Get All actions return up to 100 records per page. Use the next page cursor to get the rest, and the return properties field to bring only the fields you need.
- The Search actions filter by a property, an operator and a value.
- To create a deal or a ticket you choose the pipeline and the stage. You can load them from HubSpot with the three dots button.
- Create or Update Contact Using Email updates the contact with that email, or creates it if it does not exist.
GoHighLevel (CRM V2 and CRM V1)
Connect CRM V2
CRM V2 connects with OAuth: in Integrations → CRM V2, sign in with your GoHighLevel user and password, connect the account and click Confirm. You come back to GoChat, and the page shows the connected account with its name, email and Location Id.
Connect CRM V1
CRM V1 uses the API 1.0 and needs your Location Id and an API Key:
- In GoHighLevel, go to Settings and copy your Location ID and API key.
- In GoChat, open Integrations → CRM V1, paste them and save. A green verified check shows that it is ready.
Actions
In the Flow Builder, add an Action step, choose Integrations and pick CRM Version 2 API or CRM Version 1 API. The actions work in every channel.
CRM V2 covers:
- Location: get the location info, and get, create, update or delete location tags.
- Contacts: search, search duplicates, get, create, update, upsert and delete contacts; update their custom fields, add notes, and add or remove tags.
- Messages: send an SMS or an email to a contact.
- Campaigns and workflows: list them, and add or remove a contact.
- Calendars: list calendars and groups, get free slots, and get, create or update appointments and block slots.
- Opportunities: search, get, create, update, upsert and delete opportunities, change their status and get the pipelines.
- Custom fields and custom values: list, create, update and delete them.
- Users: list, get, create, update and delete users.
- Templates: get the SMS and email templates.
For free slots, the start and end dates go in Unix format.
CRM V1 has the basic contact actions (search, search duplicates, get, create, update and delete), campaigns, workflows, notes and tags.
Triggers
Only CRM V2 has triggers, and they work in the Omni-Channel. They fire when a contact is created or deleted, a contact tag changes, a campaign status changes, an opportunity or a task is created, updated or deleted, or an appointment is completed. The contact has to be created from GoChat for the triggers to work.
